Lately I have been looking for and requesting friendship with a few musicians that I have listened to over the years.  Music can open the soul and break down the barriers that block spiritual stimulation, which is vital in this age of turmoil.  I have a neurosurgeon and alternative medicine doctor friend that recommends two hours of classical music a day for brain exercise.  The high and low sounds plus the complexity actually expands brain function, and is excellent especially for older persons suffering some dementia or similar memory problems.  I realize that we all have different musical tastes, some for stimulation, and some for background noise, but try some more meditative sounds and see how it will affect the stress level, and who knows, you might even learn to relax, which would help in many family situations.  Love one another
