A quote from James Allen:  “It is better to be a whole-souled worldling than a half-hearted  religionist;  better to give the entire mind to a lower thing than half of it to a higher.”  This is exactly what many people do.  Cheap half-hearted professions of faith or belief in a philosophy or religion are about as good as a bucket with no bottom in it.  One cannot get a certificate as proof of belonging and store it away, and counting it as valid.  If you are not changed by what it is that you say you believe, then you don’t really believe it.  Think about it.  Love one another with kindness and tolerance.
